As part of the Medical Colleges Admissions Test (MCAT), designed, implemented and maintained large scale enterprise applications. In 2006, the MCAT moved from its paper format to a computer based format, requiring a new system for all aspects of test administration.

Era was designed as internet based software intended to streamline research transcription, coding and rating through video integration. Managed 4 research assistants, training and assigning technically related tasks. Research activities were sponsored by the Functional Family Therapy Project, a NIDA/NIH funded project.
• Developed “Time Lapse Transcription” technique, increasing research accuracy and decreasing transcription time by 80%.
• Presented work at four national conferences.
