In particular, I&#039;m curious whether their data actually has appropriate controls set up, or is skewed by the fact that academic blogs, which are more likely to use &quot;academic&quot; in their titles, have a small, technology averse and self-selecting audience.

Put differently, is your post about the &quot;academic blogosphere&quot; going to get less love than your other posts, because of the inclusion of the word academic? Or will it perform as usual, but be offset by another post on some esoteric blog that nobody reads and nobody links to.</description>
