Ms Doe, I am sorry to hear that. I had applied when I still lived in Utah, and had heard really good things about it at the time. Apparently places can change a lot in just a few short years. Either way, best of luck!

Consider yourself lucky not to be working at ARUP. The deception surrounding this company is amazing. You would only be one more victim if you had been hired. If you like the area, come here, but work somewhere else.

ARUP had an issue while converting to a new system to host the applications the system mistakenly sent out this e-mail to all candidates (including ones that had been offered jobs) in the database when a flag was changed to bring the system on-line. Enjoy Georgetown, the rush hour traffic is worse there than it is on I-15 :-). ARUP is a great company to work for and just FYI they will be hiring several hundred new people over the next year because of expected growth so if you have friends or relatives that live in the valley....

I'm so sorry you didn't get the job. I know you've been holding out. Don't worry, Jed. Keep your chin high and something will turn up.
